Peers

Here is a screen shot of Peers sip client:

The top frame shows the main frame that appears when Peers is launched.
The bottom frame appears when the user is calling someone. To call another SIP User-Agent on the same local area network, clicking on the "Call" button will try to start a conversation with the remote User-Agent.
